Complete Kitchen, Dining and Hallway Refurbishment

An extensive job, where we stripped out the entirety of the downstairs and knocked three walls down, sunk steel beams into ceiling, replastered all walls and fitted a brand new kitchen for the customer.
Ian and the team at Space Installations completely transformed our downstairs. We had a separate Hall/Kitchen/Dining that felt too small. They understood the brief completely and knocked everything through to open up the space and sunk beams into the ceiling so there was no eyesore. Brand new plaster, levelled ceiling and installed the kitchen of our dreams. Now we have a downstairs that we're proud to call our own!
Loft Conversion

Transformed disused loft space into a comfortable, cosy liveable space with an added en-suite bathroom.
We got in touch with the design team at space installations last year as we were looking to convert our large wasted loft space into a liveable room. After the first 2 builders told us this was not possible, and we would need a rear dormer we were feeling down on our luck as we just could not afford it with our young family. After coming and seeing the job, the design team drew us up our first sketches of the proposed works, and we loved it! An en-suite without a dormer, (or planning permission) we couldn’t believe it.
That was until of course jack Ian and Mitchel, a great team of lads made this a reality. Every day there were men on site making progress even in the sweltering heat 2 weeks at the beginning of summer up inside the loft ripping out old insulation and replacing for new.
Even the sub contractors were great, all polite clean and came and left when they said they would, I know from having pervious builders that this is not always the case with sub contractors, however they couldn’t speak highly enough of the Space team, who they work with on a weekly basis.
And to finish off the bespoke cabinetry they made off site and delivered, huge bespoke pull out drawers and shallow bedroom wardrobe sets to maximise the little Space we were working with.
Space have added a great addition to our growing home (and family) now we finally have a master bedroom to reside in. I cannot thank the team enough for making my dream space become reality!
Garage Conversion

Having not used the garage for anything other than a store room, the decision was made to convert half of it into a downstairs W/C and a store cupboard with attached boiler cupboard, and with the addition of loft ladder to access more room in the loft space above. This made a much better use of space and increased the usability of the garage, maximise storage and add two more rooms to the footprint of the house.
Kitchen Remodel

Kitchen layout just wasn’t big enough for their dream kitchen , so to gain the room we had plans and steel calcs drawn, and with building control involved, we Knocked down internal load bearing walls to kitchen and w/c, open rear wall to add bifolding doors, blocked up existing doorway and windows, replace steel beams, to create the perfect kitchen dining space.
Kitchen & 7m Single Story Extension

Removed conservatory that was not being used, opened up the walls to the dining room and existing kitchen, replaced the whole roof to include 2 electric velux windows, and added bifold doors. Levelled the entire area ready for us to fit the new luxury German kitchen from Kitchen Design Centre.
